My room featured a huge layout including two bedrooms with two full baths. A washer and dryer were available, a great convenience. Free parking was included and a full kitchen was very helpful.
The key cards were quite sensitive. They often needed re-initiation.

the hot tub wasn't working during my ENTIRE stay. i asked management every day, but NO one knew anything. the bed was awful and I got backaches EACH day.

the suite had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. the kitchen included a full size fridge and freezer. a dining table sat near a large lounge area, it opened to a balcony with garden and pool views. the suite also provided a washing machine, a dryer, and a spa.
some paint was off the walls, and i saw gouges on the walls, a result of day to day use.

the resort had a relaxing pool area, a tiki bar, and a reception area. free shuttle service to hollywood studios was available, it made transportation simple. i found the staff at the tiki bar and reception to be friendly.
